By registering for our webinar, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Webinar Access

Registration grants you access to attend one live online class hosted by

Dylan Morgret - USA Mortgage DBA Your Home Academy. Sessions are conducted via Zoom.

Access details will be sent via email and SMS upon registration.

2. SMS Communications

Program Name: Dylan Morgret - USA Mortgage Homebuyer Education SMS Program

Program Description: By opting in, you will receive non-marketing SMS messages

including webinar registration confirmations, class reminders, and class start notifications.

You may also receive marketing messages about special offers and service updates

if you have separately opted in to marketing communications.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the shortcode.

Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS.

Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

To rejoin, sign up as you did initially and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent

to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about

Attendance at our free webinar does not obligate you to

purchase any product or service. All educational content is provided free of charge.

We reserve the right to remove any participant who provides false or misleading information.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dylan Morgret - USA Mortgage DBA Your Home Academy is not liable for any damages arising from

your attendance or inability to attend the webinar, including

technical issues, service interruptions, or carrier delays.

6. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to register for our webinars and receive SMS communications.
